Making a booking - residential groups

Get in touch with us either by completing our online enquiry form, emailing us at cumbriaoutdoors.enquiries@cumbria.gov.uk or call us on 01768812280 to start your booking. Once we have agreed dates, we make a provisional booking and email you our booking form. 

Once received, we will raise an invoice for the £200 holding fee to confirm your reservation, emailing it and all essential documents, including consent forms, kit lists, room plans/lists and directions. 

  • At 16 weeks prior to your visit we will contact you to discuss all your requirements and activities, email you the programme and costing, and raise an invoice for the £25 deposit per person. 
     
  • At 6 weeks prior to your visit we will contact you to confirm visiting numbers. 
     
  • At 2 weeks prior to your visit, our Housekeeping Coordinator will contact you to request the parental and adult consent forms, group summary sheet, discuss the groups medical, dietary and allergen requirements, menu details, confirm arrival/departure times, use of on-site tuck shop. 
     
  • After your visit we will raise an invoice for the remaining balance.

 

Making a booking - day visit groups

Get in touch with us either by completing our online enquiry form, emailing us at cumbriaoutdoors.enquiries@cumbria.gov.uk or call us on 01768812280 to start your booking. Once we have agreed dates, we make a provisional booking and email you our booking form. 

Once received, we will discuss all your requirements and activities, email the programme and costing to you, and raise an invoice for 20% of the total cost to confirm your reservation.

  • At 6 weeks prior to your visit we will contact you to confirm visiting numbers, raise an invoice for the balance, and email you all essential documents, including consent forms, kit lists and directions.  
     
  • At 2 weeks prior to your visit, we will contact you to request the parental and adult consent forms, group summary sheet, discuss the groups medical and allergen requirements, confirm arrival/departure times. 
     
  • After your visit we will raise an invoice for the remaining balance.
